Using Other Libraries

As a current student, staff, or faculty member of the Methodist Theological School of Ohio community, you have access to many other libraries throughout the state of Ohio and within the United States. If you live in Ohio, you can use member libraries in the OPAL and OhioLINK consortia. as well as the other theological libraries. For those outside of the area, you can access over ninety theological libraries within the United States through the ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing Program. Also, remember your local public library as well as our remote e-resources. For more information, explore the content and links below.

The Dickhaut Library participates in the Atla Reciprocal Borrowing Program which grants you access to many theological libraries across North America. Use the button to find an Atla library closest to you. Call ahead to inquire about their requirements and services.

Public Libraries

Do not overlook your own public library, even if they do not have reciprocal borrowing with us. Usually, public libraries will grant you a borrowing card for free after showing proof of residency.
