SAMUEL (Scripture and Mission: A United Church of Christ Electronic Library) is a sermon preparation resource produced by the United Church of Christ and designed for use with the Revised Common Lectionary. "Each week, you’ll find that Sunday’s lectionary texts and 'Sermon Seeds,' a reflection on the focus text from the Seasons of the Spirit curriculum ... Along with the text and reflection, you’ll find a prayer, a verse for meditation, and focus questions for discussion." (from the website) is a popular and useful online resource which provides the readings for the liturgical year based on the Revised Common Lectionary, and gathers together a variety of liturgical and exegetical resources for those readings. The graphics, multimedia, visual, and drama resources are helpful for providing multidimensional interpretations of scripture.
